The first long trip
FlowCushion proved its mettle once again, this time on the longest trip we've taken to date. Driving to West Virginia from the beach, while a lovely ride scenic-wise, isn't the best for a bad back. Having the FlowCushion through much of the trek through the mountains on I-64 and the swerving West Virginia turnpike made the trip much easier on our muscles. Oftentimes when we arrive we are sore, tired, and just ready to hit the sack. This alternating pressure point cushion eased much of the fatigue and kept us alert for the drive.
Of course, it was nearly two in the morning when we got to our destination, so we had no choice but hit the sack, energized though we were. But, one must consider the residual effects such a cushion can have. We drove better, therefore we slept better that night, leading us to a better, healthier morning. What a difference the absence of driving discomfort makes!
